Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santee

I love when you walk into a home and smell the cleanliness. I stay here was so convenient and so clean. The house were very friendly. The space accommodated everyone and then some. I couldn’t be happier with my boogie. This is a great day for big groups. We’ll be staying here again.

Wow this place is amazing! As soon was we walked in, from the decor to the ambiance. You go from Spring Valley to being transported to a place of paradise. There is no place like this, I’m telling you guys. If you think the front yard is beautiful, wait till you go to the backyard. We felt so at home and the vibes are just incredible. Did I mention it was dog friendly?! We bring our dog everywhere and this was perfect. Salvacion is a super host for a reason. She’s responsive, very easy to communicate with, and her home is beautiful. I have family in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and staying here. So glad we found this place!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. The backyard is amazing and we really enjoyed the bocce ball court, grill and outdoor seating.

Grant: the house was fabulous! My only regret is that we couldn’t have shared it with others! It was the perfect party house. If we’re ever in San Diego again we’re going to see if this house is available. I’d like to share it with family & friends. And I’d like to explore San Diego further. Nate finished in the top 1% of over 17,000 runners in the Rock & Roll half marathon and it was a blessing that he could come back and chill after the race at such a lovely space! We had a wonderful stay at Montecito Cottage. The property is huge and looks just as it does in the photos, if not better in person. The cottage is decorated so adorably and there are lots of little touches that make it a perfect getaway. The property is super private. My family especially loved the outdoor kitchen (which is stocked with every appliance you could ever need), all the outdoor seating areas, and the pool (which stayed quite warm despite the weather). The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of natural light. My favorite touch provided was a basket of throw blankets. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

We live in the area and originally booked for 30-days while our home was being renovated. Renovations took a bit longer then expected and we extended to 5-weeks. Hosts were very accommodating to our changing dates. Home was perfect for our stay. Couldn't of asked for a better place for our home away from home!

Carolina’s place was great! A little hard to find if you don’t know the area. But once we found it we realized it was pretty well described in her directions. Very nice location close to great food options! Would stay again.

Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was just like we pictured. Host was kind and very responsive by giving clear and easy instructions to access the place. Felt right at home and had no problems whatsoever. Airbnb was nearby many places one would come to San Diego for. Would definitely return in the near future!

Excellent location! Everything was within 15min or less. Parking was abundant. Can watch a good chunk of the sea world fireworks show nightly from the porch or bed room. Interior was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean host had everything explained very well. Clear directions for everything.

I recently stayed at Hector's Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The communication with Hector was excellent; he was always quick to respond and very helpful. The space itself is beautiful, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find bathroom essentials provided, including body wash, shampoo, sunscreen, and even bath salts for a luxurious soak. It truly added a special touch to my stay. Additionally, street parking was easy to find, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend staying at Hector's place for a wonderful getaway.

This airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway. The host were very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and had all basic necessities that one will need. The airbnb had a beautiful view and cool features that will make your stay more exciting. 10/10 would recommend.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party during the summer and were very happy with our stay! The house was clean, cute, and slept everyone comfortably. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. This was a beautiful place overlooking the airport and water! It was really cool to watch airplanes take off and land from the living room. The host was super nice and very responsive. I’d definitely come back here :)

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.
