Exceeded every expectation. My fiancé and I were blown away by the thoughtfulness of the communication, the amenities (they literally thought of everything!) and the perfect cleanliness; better than a 5-star hotel. We can not wait to book our return visit. I wish there were more stars to give!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view, the location, the private beach, the deck are what makes this unit SO enjoyable. Nice well stocked kitchen and all appliances were great. It was clean. Close to many restaurants that we enjoyed very much. This is a gem to me for the location, private beach and VIEW alone. Washer/dryer was great. James was very attentive to a minor issue and fixed it immediately. What a GEM you have! Thanks!!

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

A quick but wonderful stay at Laura’s cozy guesthouse. Awesome communication, place was just as described. I totally appreciated the amenities like: all the beach gear, laundry, an iron and blow dryer. Nice that there was a tub, not just a shower. Clean, well equipped and the location across from beach access was amazing. Parking was ample for both homes on the property. Thanks for sharing your space, Laura!

Lisa’s stay was great for walkable access downtown and an easy uber to the beach. Instructions were easy to follow

I was so happy to be able to stay at Barry's fabulous carriage house last minute! It has become my new favorite place on 30A! The location is fabulous and the hosts are incredibly kind. We especially appreciated having access to beach gear like umbrellas, chairs, bikes...even a wagon to tote our things to the beach! This is my must-stay place when going to 30A, I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Christel was the BEST!!!!! Extremely accommodating and kind, and a wonderful private cabin that was clean and well stocked! They even left us some blueberry jam from their farm! Highly recommended and we hope to come back again!

perfect distance to most stores. We felt very safe and the pool was a perfect touch ti the trip. will definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for having my kids and I for the weekend. They loved the yard/park area and the creek. Whenever we weren’t out and about all they wanted to do was play in the yard.

5 stars and we’d give 10 if we could! My daughter and I stayed here a few nights during her graduation trip and the entire experience couldn’t have been better. For starters the space is even cuter than pictures, the beds were very comfortable and it’s more spacious than it looks. The views are out onto a beautiful golf course and we saw deer walk by morning and evening. Very peaceful neighborhood. The best part is it’s a 7 minute drive to Perdido Beach. My daughter and I drove over there each day for sunrise and sunset and loved that it was so close. Great restaurants nearby too! Try Hubs!

Very cozy and wasn’t distracted by anything at all. The pool was nice and the house was centrally located. It was right by the mall and lots of food and shopping options.

Very clean, relaxing, and private. Would love to stay again!

Mary and Bill’s place was perfect size for myself, my 5 year old and my mom. Has a bed and a pull out bed that is a good size. Beach is about 15-20 min away. Food places and a large mall about 10 minutes away. Saw families walking in the neighborhood at different times. They have to control the air conditioner in the main house, but there is a small space heater available. We had run out of face towels, and she brought us more quickly. Very responsive when messaged! Coffee maker with kcups, creamer and sugar available. Utensils, plates, cups etc available. Literally the only (very small) negative was I did see a few medium/long hairs (different texture than ours) on the bathroom floor and 2 on the walls of the shower. I truly feel this could’ve come from the person who did the cleaning because besides that, this place was spotless! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay in Valparaiso, Florida. Close to Eglin Air Force Base and the beaches. Definitely will stay there again.

It was a perfect place for two! Everything u need ! Comfy and feels homie .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Matthew’s place. We brought our dogs and they felt right at home. The backyard was perfect for them. The bed was firm which we like. We really liked having the two different living spaces so one of us could get up early with the dogs and not disturb the other one. The tv was nice and large which was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Having a good sized fridge was really nice because we wanted to be able to store big foods like watermelon. Thanks for a great week!

Our stay in Cathy’s home was beautiful. We got a queen bed in our room & our stay included a washer and dryer area, a big bathroom, and an amazing backyard. Cathy’s hospitality stood out the most as she was very kind and attentive to our needs. I would most definitely recommend staying here! Great place for a couples getaway! 5 stars from me:)

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend for a last minute getaway and loved every second! Wendy was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!!!!!!

This place was fantastic! Nicole was a great host, responded promptly and was very nice. The place was great to stay in, very clean and it had zero issues. AC works great, quality appliances, the bathroom was stellar, very friendly neighbors, and a very walkable area. We stayed here for several months and my wife walked somewhere about twice a day with our child while I worked. There is a pretty with a path around it right down the road, and downtown is a 4 minute drive/ 20 minute walk. All the neighbors say hi as you walk down the street too. Great place to stay with a little family. The couch also folds into a small bed and we used that several times.

This place exceeded our expectations. We knew it’s going to be lovely but the house is beyond perfect! The pictures don’t justify this hidden gem. It is a marvelous place to relax, curated to make you feel inspired to write and read, which is true because we were amazed to find out that the owner is an artist. The house is neat and smells nice when we arrived. There is a breathtaking lake view that makes simple activities like drinking coffee or sitting outside special. Even washing the dishes is enjoyable with a sight like that! The space is cozy and enough for 3 people. Beds are very comfortable. The walk to the beach is quick, and place is near to groceries. We love that the house sits on the quiet side of town, allowing us to fully enjoy the serenity of nature. The owner is sweet & accommodating, attentive to needs such as bikes and beach chairs. This house became a special spot that I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends. Our only regret is not staying longer.?

Dixie was a great host and everything about her home was exactly as described. Wonderful home with all the amenities provided that you could need. We especially enjoyed the location of the home and the ease of access to the beachfront and nearby businesses. 10/10 would stay again.
