Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Santa Rosa Island

Me and my friend loved staying at Ann Marie’s place! She is so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home + gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The rooms and bathroom were so clean and she provided us with everything we needed for our stay as well as stuff for the beach. Great place to stay if you’re in Navarre and especially great for young female travelers like us! <3

the location is so convenient and the house is comfy even is u don’t wanna to get out and about there’s plenty to do there communication is top tier !!

We all had a nice weekend. We were out here celebrating my sons 19th birthday. Very spacious house all 12 of us had our own space. I would really recommend this place to all my friends!!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home was one of our favorites! Very clean, everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable. We, also, enjoyed the games provided! We have 4 kiddos and we walked to several different places each evening, whether it was for ice cream, sno cones or to eat supper. The neighborhood was very quiet and the locals were very friendly. Several options for groceries and restaurants. We drove to the beach each day and it was less than a five minute drive. Again, this was one of our more enjoyable trips to Florida! I highly recommend this home if you’re considering Navarre.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, spotless home in Navarre! The location was perfect—just a short 30-minute drive to Destin. The home was exactly as pictured (if not better), with modern furnishings, cozy beds, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—from a well-stocked kitchen to beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring. We especially appreciated how easy check-in and communication were. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This was the perfect home base for our family getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the best of the Emerald Coast!

Our family had a great stay! We loved the kayaks and the neighborhood of the house. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful and the neighbors were all so nice and friendly. We all loved the layout of the house which all gave us all enough room and all the natural light that came through the windows was very nice also. Everyone enjoyed gathering in the sunroom to lounge and play games whether it was in the daytime or at night. We actually visited several beaches while we were there so that was nice too!

This Christmas was our second visit here. The first time was for Mother’s Day weekend. Both times were wonderful, but Pirates Cove was even better as it had an en suite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The decor was very relaxing. I wish we could’ve stayed for a few days more but had to return to Orlando for a wedding on Saturday. Teresa and Shane are super hosts and I highly recommend staying here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here for a girls weekend bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house is stunning — tons of space for a big group, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to celebrate and relax. There are a lot of stairs, which gave each level its own vibe and made it feel super spacious and private. The pool was a total vibe — perfect for lounging and unwinding after the beach trips. The beach was just a quick drive away, which made it easy to go back and forth. Every detail was spot on, and the whole place had the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and style. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories — highly recommend for any group trip or celebration!

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Perfect location, walking distance to the Baytowne wharf. 5 min drive to the beautiful beach. Only down side in the room is the shower but other than that no complaints!

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

This was a very nice spot for the price paid. It was super convenient—so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. The balcony was so nice and I loved that they provided chairs and an umbrella. We didn’t use the pool at all so I can’t speak to that. My only suggestion would be to possibly add complimentary coffee or at least put on the post what kind of coffee maker they have. We’re coffee people and figured it was a drip machine so we grabbed a bag of coffee on the way in. When we arrived we discovered it was a keurig, so we had to go back to the store to grab pods. I might have just overlooked it in the listing but it would have been nice to have that info ahead of time. Honestly, not a complaint and I still gave 5 stars, but I just wanted to throw that out there as a suggestion. I will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time while staying in your unit! Condo was clean and beautiful. Sitting out on the balcony while drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean was so peaceful. The seafood at the local restaurants was some of the best I’ve ever had! Would stay here again!

Overall great impression and nice setup! It was only weird that check in can be only made after 4pm, but the front desk is already closed by then. We had to call the front desk number and wait for 25min before someone showed up.

I absolutely loved my stay. The place was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay feel extra special. We also loved how perfectly located it was, just minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Had all the accommodations we were told it had. A few things didn’t work ( lights in bedroom, bathroom). The heated pool could have been cleaner. Pretty scummy around the tile line & lots of sand on bottom. The other pools were just too cold to enjoy. It’s a shame that they aren’t all heated. The hot tubs had young children in them most of the time making it difficult for adults to enjoy them( no parents around to supervise & no staff doing anything about it), or the rough play of some on the lily pads. This is our 4th stay at Waterscape & the pools & hot tub used to be more closely looked after.

The condo was fantastic and way better than described or shown in the photos. It was completely updated and had more than enough room for everyone. Andrew was attentive and friendly.

We’ve stayed several times in his other rental, this one was just as great!
