Monthly Rentals in Santa Fe River

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

Perfect for our quick weekend getaway for a friend’s graduation, close to everything, super comfortable beds!

This little cabin was perfect! Clean, well-maintained and had a nice rustic feel. Not to mention the setting could not have been more peaceful. Julia was an excellent communicator and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my stay.

Loved my stay at Studio Papa!! I was here with my brother for almost 3 weeks, and we felt very comfortable and at home the entire time. Selena was very responsive which made checking in and assimilation to be smooth. I wasn't familiar with this part of Gainesville as I previously stayed near Butler Plaza, but I enjoyed the new surrounding!! Might be hard to find the place in the dark at first but it gets easier 🙂‍↕️ overall, I would love to stay again when the stars align!
