Beachfront vacation rentals in Sanibel Island

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

I loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous outside area to hang out, and a short walk to the beach! Since the area is still rebuilding there are empty lots on all sides, but even if there wasn’t there is a nice privacy fence all around. We packed all of our beach things, just to find out they had beach chairs, boards, toys, a cart, an umbrella, the whole 9 yards! And a bunch of beach towels. It was truly one of those places you just need to show up with some clothes and could pretty much be set for the week! If we decide to go back to the area, I will definitely be trying to get this place again. Aaron was also great and very responsive any time I messaged him. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at Ana’s! The waterfront view from the living room was stunning — such a peaceful spot to relax. The space was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and Ana really went above and beyond with all the thoughtful extras she provided. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding that made it so relaxing. The location was perfect too — just a short walk to the beach. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays, and I would definitely come back again.

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

Overall we had a really good trip! Rachel was a very attentive and helpful host! She had a great response time to messages as well. If I had to list one downside to the property would be the stairs of the pool are a little rough on the feet! But other than that we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful week or relaxation. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. I look forward to staying here again in the not too distant future

The place is in a perfect location the lanai is one of the coolest spots I’ve ever seen. We stayed in the lanai and were in the pool a ton! The communication with the host was some of the best I’ve experienced. The amenities offered were 2nd to none beach towels beach cart, umbrella, coolers everything you need for your beach excursion. It was a great space for me and my wife.

My husband and I had the most wonderful week here! Every detail of the condo is thoughtful and beautiful, down to the color of the pots and pans. The whole space was absolutely pristine, and we had everything we needed for the week. The beach right in front of this unit’s building was super peaceful. If we wanted a cocktail or more of an upbeat vibe, we’d walk down the beach to the larger pool and Turtle’s (which had wonderful food, drinks, and staff!). We’ve already been talking about another trip back when the second pool closer to this unit opens back up. Rebecca’s instructions were very clear, and everything about our stay was easy. Whenever we did have questions, she was so quick and helpful in her responses (even with recommendations around the island). We are already looking forward to a trip back here and would definitely book this condo again!!!

We loved this place. The interior design was wonderfully done. it was very clean. There were Manatees in the marina that the dec looks out to. it was a short walk to the beach. there were chairs and an umbrella to use. The only concern was with the front door never locked. We didn't realize this until our fourth day there. At night we put a chair under the door handle. I felt a little safer that way.

The was one of the best beach rental i have stayed in. Everything you needed for the beach. Always replied back quickly, very clean and kitchen was well stocked to cook anything. Will definitely be back. Very clean and short walk to beach. Would give 20 stars if possible!

Jeff & Nicole's condo is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, & the location of the building is perfect. We had a great view of the sunrise from the balcony when we didn't want to walk to the beach. Thank you, Jeff & Nicole for an enjoyable getaway!

we had an amazing time. even when we had an issue with a leak, the host quickly assist and helped. I am recommending this place to all my friends and family that visit sanibel.

Exactly as listed in the photos. Perfect for our group of 5 adults. Just enough space that we weren’t on top of one another with good conversation spaces to hangout. The host was extremely responsive via chat. We were at the Sundial for a wedding so we didn’t explore the area much but we would absolutely stay here again.

Just finished a 4 night stay in St. James City. Couldn’t be happier with responsiveness of the hosts. Tina and Kenneth went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The home was even more beautiful in person. My family loved the pool and dolphin sightings from the dock. We will be back for sure!

North Captiva will not disappoint! Windows on the water is out of this world. Great family vacation with plenty to do. All the logistics were easy to navigate. We will be back! The island club with mango’s is a great addition. Need to add a golf cart to the property though. This will meet your expectations!

Stella’s home is fantastic!! A perfect place for a luxurious beach vacation. The house’s decor is stunning and the location is ideal with only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The property is equipped with everything you need (and then some) and Stella is the most responsive host. This property is a pure gem and I wouldn't hesitate to book again and again.

Chris and Jena were absolutely phenomenal hosts! They were super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The house and location were perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you could need in a house plus some. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The pool and spa were screened in and made for great evening swims without bugs. The house was super clean and ready for us. This is a great house for a great getaway. Easy access to the rest of Cape Coral and quick trips to fort myers. We even found a local food pantry called the community fridge to donate our unused food and drinks too as well. Thank you to the hosts this was a 10/10 stay. You will not be disappointed staying with Chris and Jena. I highly recommend you give the hosts and this location a try for your next stay in Cape Coral!
