Walk to Barbara B Mann theater or Suncoast Arena. 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach. 17 miles to Sanibel Island beaches. 8 miles to Downtown Fort Myers and just 15 miles to the SWF International Airport. 2 parking spaces .

Important Note: This apartment had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Nearly everything is brand new and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island.
