We loved the View of Kinnaur Kailash! I was amazed to see the view. I will certainly recommend the place. Akash listing is worth visiting. The listing was clean, easy to checkin, staff in the listing was very nice, helpful and communicative. All the amenities were working, as it was too cold so heater in the listing played important role. We liked the food, however, you can get better options in Rekong peo but it is 5 KM down hill. Last 300m to the listing was touch to drive and the hairpin curves are steep. 4X4 was recommended. But once we reach the place, this is worth every penny.

Folktales Residency is as romantic and folksy as it sounds. The wooden home is decorated beautifully. It’s an ideal place for solo travellers and people who are looking to relax in a picturesque location. The collection of books that the host has are enviable. The entire vibe of the place was perfect- warm and cosy, artistic, for the imaginative! And the food is definitely one of the best I have had. Ishaan was welcoming even though I arrived at siesta time, he’s friendly and takes care of the guests. I had the best of time and I look forward to staying there again soon. Location is 5-10 minutes from where Rakchham meadows begin. Property is surrounded by mountains and greenery.

One of the best stays in Chhitkul. The cleanliness, room size and accessibility are perfect even if you are a backpacker or have a big suitcase which was my case. He's most gracious a host, always responsive and polite, even helped me carry my suitcase to the next stay which was quite high up. The food was great as well - had both veg and non veg options(matar paneer was super delicious). All in all a great pick for a stay in Chitkul.

Akash & his team took excellent care. Mesmerising view from the location .
A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with a patterned throw. Soft blue walls complement natural light streaming through multiple windows, framed by blue curtains. A colorful rug adds warmth to the floor, and a wooden dresser is positioned nearby.

My wife and I stayed for stayed a night at Pine View Retreat Homestay. This homestay far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable , quiet atmosphere and with lovely garden view. Ambica and pawan ji were exceptional hosts, providing us with valuable local tips and delicious homemade dinner and breakfast(please do try highly recommended). The location was perfect for exploring the town. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming and feel like home homestay. Thank you so much will definitely visit again for longer period.🙏

Kalpa is gorgeous n it’s my second time visiting this place . But this place is a lil above Kalpa and that’s what makes it stand out . Three little domes in front of Kinner Kailash makes it so dreamy . We arrived in great weather followed by an evening of sub zero o temperatures . The dome was well insulated n had electric blankets n a blower to combat the cold . The next morning was again bright n sunny . It’s a gorgeous place but we got the dome which is a little obstructed by the roof of their building . So choose one which a clear view n enjoy Fayyul retreat .

Wonderful host and beautiful peaceful place. The walk to homestay is picturesque. Warm homely food. surrounded by trees and plants, quiet and peaceful place and we loved the stay at Farnvilla Homestay. Amazing view of the mountains and beautiful orchards to have a walk around. Sanjay is an amazing host, very helpful with instructions and local recommendations.
