Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Welcoming atmosphere. Description and pictures matched wonderfully. A few broken and missing blinds yet comfortable beds and quiet surroundings even with a school nearby. Stayed for a couple of weeks and hope to enjoy more of the local area when return to area. Able to cook a meal as well as have a comfortably clean area to enjoy it. It's a "home away from home". Thanks for sharing!

Nick and Julia were very accommodating and friendly hosts, with a lovely family. Their home was pristine and the room was very clean. The surrounding neighborhood and area was peaceful and great for walking around in. Overall this was an excellent stay and is a perfect option for travelling remote workers!

I stayed in Batavia for work for an extended period of time, and after my first check-in at Mark and Terry's place this was my default choice. Mark and Terry are wonderful people, the house is beautiful and the rooms are well furnished. They are also very responsive to whatever need the guest can have. If I'll need to go back in Batavia in the future I will for sure stay here again!
