Vacation rentals with lake access in Sandwell District

Stayed for 2 nights with my mum and daughter for a nearby wedding. The layout was great, cosy, and close to parking (ideal for mum). Kitchen was well-stocked and there were welcome snacks, which was a lovely touch. The air fryer was very small — fine for 1–2 people but bring your own if cooking for more. The beds felt like they’d been made a while ago — not dirty, just a bit dusty/stale, so I’d suggest refreshing them closer to check-in. Couldn’t find outdoor seat cushions, but that’s minor. Would recommend for couples or families. Peaceful site with a pub (nice but pricey), kids play area, and red deer you can feed for free. Car needed, but Bromyard is under 10 mins away with shops, takeaways, and pubs. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return for another quiet break.

The house feels even bigger than it looks in the photos- plenty of room! Super easy from the NEC, only a 10 min drive. James was incredibly helpful and responsive and had even stocked the fridge with food and drinks for us which was such a lovely touch! We would definitely stay here again, in fact we hope to. We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

The property was just as the photos and perfect for a short stay in Worcester. Beds were really comfortable and a well fitted kitchen / dining area. Perfectly located with a few min walk into the City Centre or a nice riverside walks. Lovely café opposite where we enjoyed breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Great place to stay. Nicole responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. Great location to use as a base for exploring and visiting different attractions. Really quiet location with great parking. Had a fantastic time.

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

Absolutely perfect stay! We enjoyed every single day here. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the ideal place. The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Charles' charming Airbnb in the quiet countryside, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment the booking was confirmed, Charles was a friendly and accommodating host, answering all our questions and making us feel right at home. The location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The tranquility of the countryside was exactly what we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. One of the highlights was the local pub, which offered a warm atmosphere and great food, just a short walk/drive away. The property itself is fantastic, secluded away in the countryside. The tennis courts were in excellent condition, and we had a great time playing. Additionally, there was a variety of games available, which kept us entertained during our downtime. Really enjoyed our stay and seriously considering a return visit next year.

Such a Lovely Stay! We had a great weekend here! The place was really cosy and in a perfect spot. The hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was smooth, and check-out was really flexible, which made things so much easier. We especially loved sitting by the pond with the friendly ducks — such a peaceful little moment. We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside Cottage at the weekend — myself, a friend, and our dogs. Nadine was a fabulous host, warm and welcoming. The place was absolutely beautiful — the photos really don’t do it justice! The accommodation was spotless, super comfy, and a perfect little escape to recharge for a few quiet days. We loved being surrounded by the onsite animals, and the location was ideal with a great dog walking spot right from the doorstep. Thank you so much, Nadine!

Very good let us check in early and very responsive lake was full of carp managed to get around 9 between us in only a few hours would definitely recommend 👍👍

Absolutely stunning location, lavender cottage had everything we needed.. originally booked for 2 nights, extended to 3 because it was an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.
