In the yard, it was way back a crane guest house. There, the king and his companions could eat, rest, and switch to rested horses on their journey through the land. This is a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. These can be disposed together or separately. Feel welcome as a guest anywhere from 1-10 people. Listing refers to level 2 6 people

This nice cabin is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and nice nature. The evenings offer an amazing sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. Sandvik with, among other things, year-round-open shop, it's barely a mile. In the rent there is also the possibility to charge your electric car.

Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. The accommodation is equipped with wifi throughout the house.

You will stay in the grounds of the old station of Persnäs and despite the fact that there have been no trains for decades, it still breathes history. From the small red cottage, you have a view of the former station building, which has also been a bank and post office. It is now privately inhabited by us, Jaco, Etta, Roos and Nina. The old warehouse, where a secondhand store is now located, has been preserved most authentically, but here and there are still elements of the past to be found.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Peace and quiet, close to nature, and elves. For those who want a rural and peaceful stay. The house is a converted barn in the island stone and is at the end of the road. Outside there is a big cosy porch with vines on the ceiling for socializing and relaxing. The roses bloom and the lilies smell and the deer bark at night. You can enjoy nature's own rhythm. The sea you can hike to through gardens and elves about 700 metres away.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

The place is highly recommended. Fantastic location right on the sea. Very, very nice hosts! We will be booking again!

Gorgeous house on large sunny garden, absolute peace, wonderful sunset. Beautiful modern white tasteful furnishings. Great amenities. Good beds. Lamps were still missing some. The windows do not open because it is very old. Fly screens would make sense. Stairs to the upper floor very steep, but children's gates available. Four bikes available, but very rickety. However, you can drive to the bakery and the beach. Almost perfect cottage, a few more improvements possible..

A well-lit kitchen is presented with a large window above the countertop, allowing natural light to stream in. The space includes a microwave, coffee maker, and various cabinets. A potted plant sits on the windowsill, adding a touch of greenery to the neutral cabinetry.

Comfortable and great home!There was everything you needed. Quiet and nice! Close to shop and restaurants and the port. Prompt responses from host if needed.

70s cottage by the water in Sandvik

We were a family with two adults and three children who stayed just over a week now in July 2024. The house is very nice, and is super nice close to the water, by a nice little harbor, a couple of small restaurants and ICA grocery store. Close (about 30 minutes) to popular sandy beaches (including Böda) and attractions. The area is wonderful, restful and safe. The sunsets from the window are magical! We have had so many nice evenings and beautiful pictures from this week. Very simple standard and decor in the house, but everything you need is there. Kind cats that we fed and cuddled during the stay elevated the experience for the children. We are incredibly happy and satisfied with this nice time at the summer house in Sandvik. Thank you!
