Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. The place was great and the hosts were very helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Keep in mind that rooms are small so it might not be good fit for anyone who seek more space but besides this everything is great.

Jason did an amazing job accommodating my mum my four month old and myself. The apartment was just what we needed and was extremely close to a range of shops and beautiful restaurants. His responses were always punctual and helpful. We will stay again if we are to return to Melbourne due to proximity to family and our lovely stay.

In Melbourne from NZ for a wedding. Newport location was excellent. Close to North Altona (family), Williamstown (venue), and just a couple of minutes to the train. Cafes, supermarket, bottle shop, and bakery all close. The Loft was great, quiet and private, had everything we needed, a hidden gem! And Tania was really friendly and responsive. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely no hesitation staying there again should the need arise.
