Nice central apartment

Nice and peaceful accommodation in a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen that has a built-in dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as coffee-maker and kettle. In the bedroom there is office space with views out onto the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in the drawers and cabinets for storage.

This apartment provides a perfect base for families who want to explore Ryfylke in the Stavanger area. Ideally located for trips to Pulpit Rock, Kjerag and Lysefjorden. Only 35 minutes to Stavanger and 30 minutes to Preikestolen parking. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two, one bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom. Central and peaceful apartment on the first floor

Centrally located apartment approx. 60 sq ft on the first floor of a quiet area. There are good bus connections and short distance to the city center. Here you can relax but at the same time be close to everything. Good hiking areas in the area with fresbeegolf court, actionball center and mountain bike track. Gym and grocery store 500 meters away and one shopping center that is 1 km away. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need! Private terrace on the outside with little transparency.

We rent out a large room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are good beds, a large double bed - 200 cm., and a single bed - 90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to the center of Sola and the airport, and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer, and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to an electric car charger, for an additional fee.
