In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 3 km from the house is Borås golf club. You also have the proximity to central Borås which is easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Welcome to a small apartment in the courtyard barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep around. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is located about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car by the house.
