Condo vacation rentals in San Pancho

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Haciendas San Pancho is a beautiful place to rest, combining jungle and beach in a very harmonious way!! The apartment is spectacular and the host is very responsible!! We had an amazing time!!

Really lovely studio, hosts go above and beyond to make sure the accommodation has everything you need for a great stay. The provided filtered drinking water was also a great touch. Felt right at home!!

By far one of my favorite places I have stayed at! Beautifully decorated, amazing view from your bed, living room, or the spacious balcony, especially in the morning when the sun rises over the mountain. I loved waking up early, making myself a coffee, and watching the sunrise. The absolute best way to start your day. Carlos was amazing, very responsive, and always here to help. The condo is located up on a hill, which didn’t bother me and ensures that the noise of the town doesn’t keep you up at night. Generally speaking, it is quiet and peaceful, which is hard to find in Sayulita. Very happy I found this place, I’ll be back!

Andy’s place was the perfect spot for us in San Pancho, it is close to everything yet feels so secluded and quiet. We loved the privacy of the gated community with walking access to town. We saw lots of wildlife on the property and enjoyed swimming in both pools (the one by the ocean is cold and the one by the condo is heated). Although we had a car we only used it to go to nearby Sayulita and Lo de Marco, we walked to San Pancho for almost every meal and all of the restaurants we tried were delicious! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Stay in San Pancho! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to town with easy access to everything San Pancho has to offer. We especially loved the stunning sunsets each evening. The town itself is a gem—full of charm and incredibly kind, welcoming people. Caretaker Ruben went above and beyond, checking in multiple times to ensure our stay was going smoothly. We encountered no issues at all during our visit. Highly recommend both the condo and San Pancho for anyone looking for a relaxing and enriching getaway! Best sister trip ever.

Just far enough out of town to be quite, yet close enough to run in to town for meals. The unit is huge and best of everything inside. If I was to buy a place in PV this would be at the top of my list.

We stayed at Linda’s place for one week and everything was really good, they have everything you need for your stay and the condo is steps to the beach, it has a parking space and we felt comfortable and secure, the pool was amazing. San Pancho has the most beautiful sunset and the food is delicious. We enjoyed every minute there and we will recommend this Airbnb to my family and friends.

Awesome modern beautiful space, the balcony was especially enjoyable. Steps from everything and right above a great smoothie bar with coffee/pastry shop right across the street. I would love to stay again. Thanks Jordi!

The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Our host Adriana took very good care of us from the time we arrived. We took his recommendations to travel to nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The walk to the village is a bit of a heavy climb, but if you're in good shape, you can go back and forth without a problem. I definitely recommend staying at this place. Thank you very much for everything!

We loved it, the place is super nice and quiet, the apartment is very large and had everything you need, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely come back

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Perfect place to stay! It was close to everything. The place was nice and clean. The view was perfect and everyone was very nice and responsive!! Will definitely be back!

Nice apartment, it has everything for a pleasant stay. Regarding the pool, we couldn't use it much because we noticed the water was a little cloudy (green) and with a lot of algae. Maybe a little more cleaning would be perfect. Everything else was great, everything to be comfortable inside the apartment. We brought a car, so you have to look for parking because they don't have any, but it's not a big deal. We did well with the host. There are more apartments and rooms on the property. It is preferable that guests store their belongings so that they are not confused with items loaned by the host.

The beachfront location was absolutely beautiful, front row seats to the most epic sunsets. Allen’s place was very clean and organized with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious and the washer and dryer was extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels!
