Beautiful home, exactly as described. Very detailed instructions about the home. Very cozy. Close enough to main streets to get to where you want to go, while still being far enough away as to not hear busy street noise. I appreciated that all rooms had good blinds and blackout curtains.

I’m already trying to figure out how, when, and with who I can come back with. This place was literally perfect. Kids were entertained at all times whether it be inside the house or out. James had small snacks stocked up upon arrival as described. He gives literally any and all information you could possibly need while staying there, down to a detailed description of how to use the thermostat and even the grill! The discounted Disney tickets were a perk I was at first hesitant with but he processed quick and easy and had my tickets to me very quickly with zero issues. I can’t say enough good things about James and his place and honestly can’t even think of one complaint! I’m already referring all my friends to his places and can’t wait to come back to this one or try one of his other places out! Amazing!! 10/10

Fantastic house. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Joy is an exceptional host. She was quick to respond, very friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was large enough for our group of 7, didn't feel full when we all were there, and has a really nice outdoor dining space. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and most definitely will return! If there was ever a problem the hosts were very prompt on responding to our messages with clear ways & easy was to resolve them! Nicely located & very close to family and friends for us! Most entertainment in the area was within 25-35 mins always including the beach! I’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnb’s & I’ve gotta say that this one was by far the cleanest one thus far……I appreciate this more than I can express! Thank you for allowing my family to stay here while we checked in on Gramps!! 🫶🏼

Great location to WB and Disney studios if any of you are in film or TV. Place is clean. Bed is comfy and it's really quiet. The AC works well, cable, internet. All good.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

I was there for business for 5 days. I am a caregiver for my 93 yo mum and I bring her along, and I have someone come be with her while I'm at work. This worked out very well. She uses a walker and there was no problem for her getting around. There are a few steps down from the parking area in back and she had no trouble. From the front sidewalk there were no steps to the apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The bathroom has a lot of space for toiletries, TV was easy to figure out (for us old timers) with lots of channels. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There's a big dining room table for me to spread out my work. The building is right off the freeway, so easy in and out. It is gated, quiet, and we felt very safe. Alexa was very responsive to all communication. We will stay here again if I am assigned for work in this area. Thank you so much, Alexa!

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!

Unforgettable memories at Carolyn’s place. She’s such a kind person—and so are her cat and her colleagues. I felt almost at home. Most of all, I’ll never forget the time I spent with June. We’ll keep in touch. I’ll come back to LA to see them. I miss them already.

The environment is comfortable, clean, and the price is reasonable. The Peter is very nice, very attentive and very good value for money. If it is a family, I recommend it. I hope to stay again in the future.

Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view from its backyard. The room is clean and the treats are an added bonus. Helen is very friendly and accommodating. Her recommendation for a walkable trail where the Hollywood sign can be seen is amazing!
