Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in San Diego County

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in San Diego! The apartment was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Bryan, the host, was extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, very close to major attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and LEGOLAND. Highly recommended!

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. What had us surprised was that the jacuzzi was right outside one of the rooms! Definitely a unique experience. Everything was very clean, bedding was extremely comfortable, a/c and heating worked great. The surrounding area is very peaceful and there is a 24 hour cafe around the corner. We didn’t go but thought it was pretty cool. Our host was super clear with instructions and was very quick at responding. Loved our stay here

Friendliest host. Free use of bicycles, body boards, beach chairs. Kai made sure my daughter knows how to operate the brakes on the bikes before we rode off along the bike path along Mission Bay. Perfect location, in fact everything was perfect. Would love to come back.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The location is amazing. So close to Grossmont and other places we like to frequent in the area. We were in town for a quick weekend to attend the fair and were able to get rested from our travels and thoroughly enjoy our days spent in the area. Close parking, fantastic room/bed. Highly recommend !! Already looking forward to our next stay.

Kai is definitely a superhost. He went above and beyond to help my brother and I feel welcome in the neighborhood; he gave us many suggestions of activities as well as restaurants nearby. The bikes provided were great as we went on a nice bike ride along the beach and to some of the suggested local hotspots. The apartment was quiet but still a quick Uber ride to downtown and our other events. Kai was always willing to respond if I had any questions. Kai also worked with me as we needed a late check out to make it to a baseball game and store our luggage still before our flight. I definitely love this location and will be returning and recommending to others!

It was cool and cloudy the entire weekend but I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay in San Diego So Much because of this charming space. I cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend.

Kai was a Awsome host , always responding if I had a question … Property was quiet and peaceful.. Me and my wife loved it ! We had no problems whatsoever ever .. For the price it’s well worth it !! made our San Diego experience very good !!!5 Stars

We really enjoyed everything about our stay!! This property was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. The beach was not even a 5 min walk. And you can literally catch the sunset from the gorgeous patio. Also the skylights are amazing!!! We will definitely be back when staying in OB. Thank you Vacasa properties!!

We came into Julian for my nieces wedding and it was nice to stay in a home that was so secluded and beautiful! MIKE communicated with me daily and we felt safe and had the best time!!

Feel like I got so lucky when I was able to book Heather's place after deciding, at the last minute, to help my son move down to Pacific Beach! The location is perfect, the home is clean, comfortable, light and looks like just the photos. The front patio made it perfection. Heather is very friendly and very responsive. I will definitely book here again if it is available.

Everything was perfect! We loved the house and the area. Everyone had their own space. Carl was so helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again. My family loved it. Plenty of room for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding ❤️

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! Can’t say enough good things about this place and would definitely book again. Thank you, Karl!

Stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it. Property is well furnished, beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. They even provided beach towels and chairs for the beach. Plus a few outdoor games and board games. No AC in most of the house (one bedroom has a portable unit), so hot months may be a bit rough, other than that it’s a great property, walking distance to several good restaurants and a couple good coffee shops and a five minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was our first time staying in Oceanside as a family, and we’re already planning next year’s trip this time with more families so we can rent out a few condos together. The unit fit our family of five perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and very close to the condo, and the beach was just a quick 1-minute walk away. The place was also stocked with tons of extras that made our trip even better, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, several ice chests and coolers, a boogie board, and a skim board. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook multiple dinners, including grill utensils in case you want to use the BBQs on site. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star stay. we can’t wait to come back!

Location🤩👏🏻👏🏻 very well suited for vacationing with kiddos!! This resort and beach cove were so family friendly. Beach access was very convenient and it was so nice to have the pool/jacuzzi to use also. The entire resort felt very tropical and peaceful. The home had everything we needed - including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, towels. The host was very responsive throughout our stay and kind. Highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb!!

The place was perfect for our family vacation. My kids enjoyed the games provided. I loved that it was walking distance to the beach & could hear the waves crashing from our location.

We loved Craig’s condo. We had a party of six with a couple of small children, and this place was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the huge upstairs patio overlooking the ocean. The breeze from the ocean keeps the whole place cool, and the sounds at night are so calming. The grounds are tropical and so beautiful to explore. The family pool is huge and the hot tubs were great. We enjoyed walking right onto the beach everyday, and were happy to see a lifeguard station in case of any emergencies. We will be back for sure!

Amazing little getaway! Had everything we needed and more to enjoy the beach and the amenities at the facility. The beach was super close. Restaurants in walkable distance. The grounds were so beautiful and well kept. Was worried about no ac but opening the windows it cooled down quickly. They had coffee available.

The view was absolutely incredible — not just an ocean view, but a perfect balance of palm trees and the beach, seen from just the right height. Truly one of the best views we’ve ever experienced. You can enjoy it fully from both the bedroom and the living room. The place was very tidy and well-kept, and Craig was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the place overall. If I had to mention a few minor downsides: the refrigerator showed a filter replacement alert (though Craig said he would take care of it), and one of the pans was too burnt to use — but again, he responded quickly and offered to replace it. Also, we found some used towels left in the laundry basket, which was a bit unpleasant, although there were plenty of fresh towels available so it didn’t really become an issue. Some of the towels felt slightly damp, possibly due to the humidity. It would have been better if these small things had been checked beforehand.

We come to Oceanside every summer and stay at NCV. This was our first time staying in A13, and wont be our last. Craig was extremely responsive and the condo was absolutely perfect! Clean and beautiful.
