This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.** Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! The space is a duplex and does share a yard with the back unit. The bedroom has a new premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a Full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! The home is just two short blocks from Ave. Del Mar in downtown village of San Clemente with its Sunday farmers' market, shops, restaurants, library, and post office. It's also a short walk to the family-friendly Linda Lane park, beach and the pier. You can walk to almost anywhere! The beach, the park, the pier, train, restaurants, shopping, coffee houses...you name it, are all a short stroll away. A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north. Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !
