Spanish Beach Casa by the Sea San Clemente Parking

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

Prime location in the heart of the Pier Bowl in San Clemente just steps from the sand, pier, train and free trolley. Enjoy views from every room and the sound of the ocean as you sleep. Restuarants and shops are just minutes away. Condo has everything you need including washer dryer, beach toys and chairs, etc. If you are visiting California for the first time there is no more central spot with the train available to take you up to LA or down to San Diego with scenic views all along the way.

The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.
