Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Enjoy our unique Beach front condo, that is perfectly situated near the San Diego/ Tijuana Border and minutes away from Rosarito Downton. Open floor plan, that expands into a massive balcony over looking the Pacific. You can get tan in one of our 3 pools our 8 jacuzzis, or get a ride on the beach on horseback. Our condo is set on the 9th floor of a 20-floor condominium building. The building has a 24 gate security. * Our price vary depending on the number of guests *NO pet allowed *NO smoking

The studio is located a short 10 to 15 minute drive from Downtown Rosarito’s local restaurants and bars.

It is not a tourist area but there is a public transport option about 50 meters from the apartment 24/7 to the city center. It's about 25 minutes to the border and about 15 minutes to downtown Rosarito by car.
