I had a wonderful stay at Aigul’s place. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating—proactive and communicative while also deeply respectful of my privacy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with excellent linen, a high-quality mattress, and perfect pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The location is convenient, with a train station nearby, making transport easy. There’s also a large park just across the road, which is great for a relaxing walk. However, privacy may be a consideration, as the neighbours are quite close. The only reason I couldn’t extend my stay was due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred arriving in Brisbane, as the area is prone to flooding. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept and welcoming place to stay.

A little hidden gem perfect for our stay as we needed to be close to Nissan Arena. The neighbourhood was quiet and the accommodation was as described. The place was very clean, neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here if you wanted to be close to Nissan Arena and the Sunnybank area.
