House vacation rentals in Salem

We can't thank Dieter enough for such a BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING place to wind down our three week road trip. We stayed two nights and planned to spend one day around town sight seeing, but the yard was so peaceful and relaxing that we ended up just relaxing in the yard the entire time instead. The home makes it feel like you're transported to a Mediterranean hideaway both inside and out. Dieter was the perfect host. He left us alone unless we reached out to him for something. Also, when we had questions it comments about the property, he was happy to talk to us and answer our questions completely, even if they had nothing to do with it stay. I would 1000% recommend Dieter and his home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you Dieter for our amazing stay!

Amazing location. We took our 6 kids and it was so peaceful. The house has Wi-Fi but we really loved that we could just unplug from electronics and enjoy the surroundings. We sat outside and the sound of waterfalls was so peaceful

Gorgeous location with lots of extra blankets/towels and full set of pots/pans. Make sure you can handle stairs.

Wonderful stay!! loved the bed and the shower the most! everything was cute, peaceful, and lots of thought into what a first timer in Portland would need.

We loved staying here! It was a bit far from all the things we chose to do in Portland, but the drive back and forth was beautiful, picturesque, and actually a lot of fun! The place itself was so cozy, situated just off from the Washougal River. It was a great visit, and we’d happily stay here again if we ever came back to the area!

A last minute stay for our family! It was very family friendly with lots of toys & games for the kiddos well the parents relaxed in the hot-tub! And the host was very responsive and friendly! I’d definitely recommend!

This was the perfect location for our stay during our son’s wedding weekend at Horning’s Hideout. We hosted a family brunch and the house was the perfect setting with everything we needed and more. Our guests loved the setting and felt right at home. We are grateful for our time at the house in North Plains and would not hesitate to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's studio. Everything was just like the photos and the view was beautiful! Very peaceful and only 10 minutes to Dundee. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to wine country!

We had a fantastic stay at this AirBNB. The house was very spacious and had incredible views of the Oregon scenery. The house is located on 5 acres and had a wonderful outdoor area with an eating area, couches and easy to use gas grill. The kitchen area had plenty of space and there were plenty of dishes and glassware. The house is located approximately 12 minutes from downtown Salem and is located within a mile of the country club. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground and large flat yard. We highly recommend this place if you have 4-6 adults and little ones. We will certainly be back and looking forward to coming back to Salem. We were here for OSU graduation with a family of 6. The house was perfect for a bigger family and the fire pit was fantastic. 5 stars.

Loved this family-friendly stay for our trip. Walkable to a park. The home is beautifully designed and relaxing as well as fully functional for a short or long stay.

It was adorable and looked like the photos. You can tell thought was put into it! The restaurant next door has a great breakfast, too. :) I would feel very comfortable staying here again if I were in this town.

Cameron is a fantastic host with an immaculate and gorgeous property that was very comfortable for our group of ten. Quiet and peaceful setting with panoramic views of Mt Hood and the Sandy River canyon.

Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the play area downstairs—it kept them entertained for hours! The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. Nick was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The host was responsive in a timely manner which was great as well. The cabin was in a private location for us to get away and enjoy a weekend without distractions! We brought food and snacks to have and the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to use for cooking. The rooms were comfortable and very tidy, as well as the bathrooms (very clean!) And we got to enjoy fun games in the game room, swimming in the private pool, and we even played HORSE at the basketball hoop. My kids are 3 and 8 years old, so it was a perfect location for us to enjoy family time together and not have to leave and go anywhere else. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay!

This home is beautiful peaceful has everything you need for a great family time together. The amenities are off the chart everything you can ask for . Very specious outside yard with a pool and hot tub but wait theirs also a sauna and for the gym rats a nice home gym that I put to good use. Thank you so much for an amazing time in your home Marfa. Amanda and her house were both amazing! Amanda was so proactive with phenomenal recommendations! We spent a whole day on Mississippi St based of her recommended breweries, restaurants and Jazz Bar. It was our favorite day in portland. The apartment was adorable, bed so comfy and the hot tub was an AMAZING perk especially during the chilly, rainy weekend we were visiting! I would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone visiting portland!

A very nice house in a beautiful setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our family enjoyed the peaceful deck, the sauna and the swim spa. The open living area made it very easy for our family to enjoy our time together. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing home to stay in while in Portland.
