The beautiful Saint-Trojan seawall is a 5-minute walk, the first beach is a 10-minute walk, and one of the most beautiful beaches on Île d'Oléron – Gatseau – is a 10-minute drive. For holidays with family or friends, you will find all the comforts that we have taken care to put in place so that you can spend a pleasant holiday, filled with the sweetness of life.

Renovated apartment facing the sea located on the first floor on the new Boulevard Felix Faure. Very well located, ideal for walking and cycling (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.

Bedroom with private entrance. You can make a self check-in, if I'm away. The bathroom is with a shower. The bedroom has a 140 bed with duvet, the bed is made on arrival. In the relaxation area, there is a sofa (not convertible). It's not for sleeping. I provide a Senso coffee maker, as well as a kettle. There are also tea and sugar pods. There is a mini fridge to keep food cool. Wifi is available along with a TV.
