We had a great time at Johnny and Christine's! The accommodation, fully renovated by Johnny with great taste and care, is both comfortable, clean and faithful to the listing. Johnny, passionate about mechanics (and in particular Citroën SM), is an exciting person with whom it is pleasant to interact. Christine, passionate about sailing, is just as warm and thoughtful. Excellent stay in this quiet and well-located cottage for visiting the mouth of the Gironde. Hilde is very welcoming and responsive if needed. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay in the gite. The decor and furnishings are as described by Lindsay. The rooms are very nice and lovingly furnished and decorated. The quiet location of the property is incredible. You will only hear crickets chirping and chickens cackling. Our children particularly liked that the chickens visited us regularly in the garden at the property. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is just right here. The hosts are friendly, open and helpful. They are very committed to the well-being of their guests and are always responsive.
