Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Super pleasant stay, change of scenery and rest at the rendezvous. The house is very nice and functional as well as the exterior, large, wooded and the presence of the donkeys reinforces the zenitude of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. Number of days spent in the vacation home. Lovely large house with a beautiful garden. You can enjoy the Jacuzzi and the sunbeds. Within 10 minutes by car you are on the beach. Several stores within 10 minutes' drive. If you are looking for a spacious vacation home where you can enjoy your privacy and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy in peace, then this home is definitely recommended.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect short stay. Communication with Bernard is simple, the welcome booklet is complete, the fisherman's hut is a haven of peace. You won't miss anything for a good vacation. The environment is nice, the beach, the great walks, you don't get bored in Meshers. I recommend this place.

Great stay at Stéphanie's villa. The hosting was warm and pleasant. The house is superb, very well equipped and the nuxe toiletries on each bed upon arrival offers a real plus. The pool was heated and easy to use. The beach is 500m away and it's easy to walk there. We 100% recommend this house for a weekend away with family or friends! We'll be back with pleasure, thanks again ☺️

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for recharging and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good family break. We rented the house for a group of 10 and everything went perfectly. The accommodation was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The host was extremely responsive, available throughout the stay, and very accommodating, including accepting a late checkout. We had a great time — I recommend it.

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well-equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good spots on the island!

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!
