Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. This 51m2 house has been renovated in an old farmhouse. It is located in the village of Jouy and 3 minutes from the train station by car making it an ideal place to visit Chartres and its Eure valley or simply enjoy all the comforts during a business trip. We live in a small village near Chartres and its cathedral (8km), at 12km from Maintenon and its castle, and 1 hour from Paris. Walking/cycling trails and pilgrimage paths start literally 2 min from our place. It's quite and cosy here and the cabbin is completely independant from the main house. Moreover, we are located at 6km from the aquatic complex "Odysée", which is the biggest in Europe.
