If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. A pretty 40 sq./m flat renovated in 2023, for 4 people maximum, with superbe wounden exposed beams. The flat consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden. In the bedroom, a double bed queen size 160. In the living room, a new pure leather sofa bed very comfortable and easily convertible. There is a few steps in the flat to access the shower-toilet wich is very small but pretty. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
