A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

Stacey was incredible to work with. We were staying at the house for a baseball tournament and the rainy weather kept moving our schedule around. She was more than accommodating and responded immediately to my messages. The house was clean and comfy. It is 10 minutes from the Pitt State ball field and maybe 3 minutes to Wal-Mart and restaurants. Our family would definitely stay here again and appreciate Stacey’s attentiveness.

We were in town for a local duck hunt and this place was exactly what we needed. close to everywhere we needed to be and very convenient to get in and out. we had a small issue with some freezing weather/pipes and the host was very responsive to our situation. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to do so in the future during another trip.
