Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Saint Paul de Vence

Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. The view is really beautiful! The area is mountainous and offers beautiful scenery. The pool was just perfect. Very nice place set back from the city to relax! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Thank you

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

We had a great weekend in Grasse in this perfectly located accommodation, close to the city center and its perfumers of all kinds! Two very pleasant nights, the neighborhood is quiet, the studio is very nice and clean: I recommend the experience!

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little home, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located close to the train station and the sea. Recommended.

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We felt right at home. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were welcomed, everything was explained to us and we felt safe and secure. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality was really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

We had a great stay as a family with two small children. Lovely pool and views. Good location and close to supermarket. Rocco was vey helpful with any queries. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay in Jerome's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded area and to take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared about us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. Big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have an air parking space at home because we were traveling by car. But the enclosed garage has a very narrow space. If you're hesitant about parking, this process may be necessary for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I recommend you to consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It's safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden creates a bit of sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not someone to hang out with, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towel sets were clean. Only a few places were dusted visibly :). For the check-out process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back in the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
