Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint Paul de Vence

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Our hosts were extremely attentive and kind. The accommodation was beautifully clean and very well located just a short walk to the centre of Saint Paul de Vence. We would definitely recommend for a few days in the South of France.

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always easily accessible. Responded to messages very quickly and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

This is a really special place! It is nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of three. Both bathrooms were updated and attractive. It has lots of places to stash clothes and many electrical outlets. The hosts provided notebooks full of helpful information. Our absolute favorite thing was the rooftop deck! We were up there every day and night. Great views and so pretty with all the cacti. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, and Castle Hill. Be ready for lots of stairs! I counted 97 stairs from front door to the apartment. Inside are more steps to the bed or deck. You have to walk a few minutes for Uber pickup. Not a big deal, but know they won't be pulling up to your door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Nice.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
