Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

We had a lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful environment, close to many places to visit. In addition, the accommodation is very comfortable and well suited to animals. I would highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay for couples. Very easy to get to from the airport, Old Town is a few stops away, and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk away. Property itself is clean, has AC, has kitchen and bathroom amenities, and is very homey. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small of course, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up from the train station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

my review: It was simply a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication.
