I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the spacious living area and the cozy terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast or relax in the evening. The location is ideal for the families – very quiet. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available for questions or concerns. I can fully recommend this apartment and would come back anytime!

Quiet and well-located place to discover Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert by car, among others, thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk to Balaruc-les-Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. Recommended.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars) Virginie and Eric are a great and warm family! From the first moment, they welcomed us in a very friendly way and were there for us until the last day. It was especially convenient that they live very close by – when we had a small problem, they were with us in just 10 minutes and helped immediately. Her daughter Lisa was also super nice and likeable – the contact with the whole family was very pleasant. The accommodation itself was completely newly renovated, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt comfortable immediately. We give a solid 5 and thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

Excellent stay, very well located accommodation, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie upon arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back over a longer period

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby didn't bother us.

We had a great time at Nina's place, which was very welcoming, just like her host! It is cool in these hot days, the interior is very cozy and comfortable and it is quiet. The small village is also charming. Nina was attentive to our comfort and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The location of the place was great. A few minutes to the beach and the many restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Check in thanks to Carole's video super easy. A bit small for three, but you mainly stay outside anyway. The hot tub was large and the sea totally beautiful. Carole was always available and even came by in person to bring us something. We slept at Quentin's for a wedding celebrated near Mireval. The apartment was impeccable and we didn't want for anything!

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, making it very touristy. Parking is usually nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep stairs. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no umbrella is available. Alison (cleaning assistant organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room….🥲 otherwise everything is good.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace with views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a little expensive (with a big Airbnb commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent them on site.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

Annie is a friendly and considerate host. We only stayed one night but the accommodation was quite suitable, the best thing is that it is a 15-20 min walk to the city center and the path is nice since it runs along the canal :) Thanks Annie! Happy hosting! Pauline

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away.
