In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

In a green and rejuvenating setting. Relax in this house in the heart of the Platin district with its private pool secured by an electric roller shutter, pool heated to 28°C from the April school holidays to the All Saints holidays (depending on weather). Located 100 m from the sea (sea view) about 250 meters from Platin Beach, 500 meters from Bureau Beach (main beach of St Palais) and 600 meters from the market and city center or the famous Chez Bob restaurant.

Beautiful renovated house, ideally located 100 meters from the ocean (Concié cove) as well as the bike path and a 10-minute walk to the charming Platin beach. The 120 m2 house on 2 levels can accommodate 8 guests, opens onto a large plot of pine trees and offers a glimpse of the first level terrace. The spa can be provided. To be seen on site. Super holiday home in St Palais sur Mer, completely renovated in 2021: quiet location, on the edge of the forest, and very close to the ocean. You will be at 300m from the Lake of St Palais and at 1200m from the market, the center, the beaches, restaurants and local shops. You will also enjoy the long seaside trails, forests, 18-hole golf and the equestrian center (both 400 m away), bike paths for big bike rides... not to mention water activities.
