Single Bed Studio - Own Bathroom & Kitchenette

I stayed at this location while looking after my father, who was staying in a nearby care home. The room was well-equipped, with a small fridge and linens. The downstairs laundry was clean and free to use, and the shared kitchen was clean and always available. Ali, the on-premises caretaker was quick to answer questions, and help out, including when I had to have some equipment delivered to the apartment complex. One note was that the lifts weren't working when I was there -- the apartment block has three floors and so if you need it to be accessible, you should check before booking to see whether this has been fixed.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with soft linens, framed by exposed brick walls. Double doors open to a balcony, inviting natural light and offering views of the outdoor scenery. A small bedside table holds a decorative item, and a cozy rug adds warmth to the space.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
