Located in the quiet of the third and top floor of a pretty period residence, atypical and warm apartment in line of 76 m2 on the ground and 42 m2 in Carrez law, a 1-minute walk from the beaches and shops, 5 minutes from Dinard and 12 minutes from Saint Malo.
