Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ille-et-Vilaine

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, it offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies that come to see newcomers. The owner was very responsive and contributed to the success of our brief stay. Thank you. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

We had a great time at the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point to make great excursions! In the house we felt very comfortable right away, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

I came to visit my daughter who is studying in Rennes. I had a lovely weekend. Very nice attention from Jerome. The studio is very clean and functional. Great location and very quiet. Jérôme suggested that I park my vehicle as close as possible to the location. I would highly recommend it and if I have the opportunity, I will come back to the same place.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

Peaceful location and well-equipped accommodation

Very well located apartment, in the city center of Dinan. Very clean and functional! Parking nearby, cheap (about €5 per day). I would highly recommend it for those who want to visit Dinan and its surroundings!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!
