The accommodation has all the comforts you would expect, and Jean-Marc was very welcoming. Close to shops and restaurants, bus stop a few steps away to go directly to the center of Rennes. Definitely recommend.

Everything was as described in the listing. Perfect directions with helpful photos. The bathroom needs to be cleaned, the cistern button is loose and the shower head comes out a little, small details. A plus is the shower gel and soap and all the necessary products. A closet in the large, modern room. We only had breakfast, but it has an incredibly large kitchen with everything you need for lunch or dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and a stone's throw from downtown. A supermarket nearby and the parking is very convenient. In short, highly recommended

It was one of the best houses that I have rented so far, everything was on point. I will come to revisit Rennes and rent this house again for sure .

We loved staying here with our friends and our daughters. The animals were a real highlight, feeding the goats and Caesar the donkey! It was so peaceful and beautiful. We spent many hours playing in the garden, on the swings, there were also little bikes or children loved. Swallows swooping signs, eating at the table in the garden, lots of space inside to play when it rained. Perfect place for a fun holiday with friends, with or without children! we also found it easy to get into Rennes to see the galleries there. Thank you so much!! xXx

Sylvie is a very helpful host, easy communication, very welcoming home, modern kitchen with all the amenities you need, 5 bedrooms, and above all a beautiful fenced plot very convenient for dogs, we took care of the chickens and goats, collected the eggs, it was a real pleasure, close to Mont St Michel, 5 minutes from Avranches, thank you Sylvie for all these touches and your beautiful home. Great time spent as a couple in this peaceful place. We fully enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the calm offered in the beautifully decorated garden. Séverine is a caring host, very welcoming, smiling and thoughtful (towels, soaps, bottles of water, preheated jacuzzi, etc.) We recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Josiane,s gite. Everything was spotless and we were made to feel welcome. Very comfortable and peaceful.
