Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

As a family we really enjoyed our visit. Pool was wonderful and we could not have anything more. Would recommend.

A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful house with an even more enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was available and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

The place is just amazing and idyllic! Too bad we can't give it 10 stars! The perfect welcome, the host proactive, available and attentive! We had a dream weekend and struggled to leave the place!!! We will do everything to return someday!!!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a great time! The accommodation is as described, very clean, comfortable and ideal for a relaxing weekend. The environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Host welcoming and responsive. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

Visiting Luisetaines for a wedding weekend, we chose this accommodation primarily for proximity to the reception venue and were very satisfied with the accommodation offered by Marielle, which was perfect for a couple without children. Marielle was a very considerate and flexible host for check-in and checkout. The setting is rural and peaceful.

Very very pretty house where absolutely nothing is lacking. Very accessible, especially from Paris. Great family weekend

We had 10 great days in this beautiful house. Our girls (10, 8 and 4 years) loved it too! We were very lucky with the sunny weather and could sit outside a lot. Also, the yellow flowers in the area were all in bloom - really very beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the long table, cooking in the spacious kitchen, a video evening with the projector and playing football in the garden. The beds slept wonderfully. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity. We got the peace and privacy we were looking for. - Provins is highly recommended. - From Provins we took the train to Paris (75 min) - ideal. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

The place is very nice with this view of the Yonne and the birdsong. The house is very clean, functional, it feels like home.

Very beautiful house with all the comforts required for a great time (jacuzzi, barbecue, large green space, terrace with table for 6/8, ping pong table, petanque balls, perfect bedding, etc.). Very welcoming and attentive hosts. We highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Josianne's, who is really the perfect host, welcoming and smiling. There are several accommodation possibilities on the site which is exceptional and so well furnished! Melanie is a great host, her cottage is decorated with passion and love, it shows, everything is there to make you feel good and not miss anything. You almost feel at home, you would like to because this house is beautiful and ideal for reunions when there are many of you A nice touch on arrival with beautiful brioches and local goat cheeses to taste Thanks again Melanie for our successful stay in every way. We recommend it 1000% 😉☺️

Denis's house is truly magnificent- much bigger than the pictures show. Nine of us (adults) comfortably stayed here. Though it would be great for families with kids too- huge garden out the back. The decore is impeccably designed in every room of the house- it feels unique and homely. We enjoyed dining at the large tables both outside and inside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and the house was very clean. The surroundings are so tranquil and beautiful with vast fields in the distance. We really can't fault this place. If you stay on a Sunday just remember that nearby shops close early (I made this mistake!) - also FYI in Troyes you can't buy alcohol after 12pm.

Wonderful cottage with a lovely garden, part private and part shared. Very quiet. Hosts are very nice and welcoming. Perfect location for Font. They have several crash pads to borrow.

We were there for 3 nights. It was perfect: very good welcome - good bedding - it had everything you needed in the house - the view of the Seine from the stay is really magnificent - great calm, apart from the birds.... which are obviously a great pleasure. However, the leather couch isn't too comfortable, but we'll be back. Thanks to Frédéric.
