We had a great weekend together. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, full of charm. Very functional, and tastefully restored. Communication with Christine was excellent, all the information we needed for our arrival was given to us accurately. Very flexible host on schedules which allowed us to leave more quietly after our cycling race. We strongly recommend!

A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Exceptional view overlooking the Sare valley, with breathtaking scenery in good weather. The cottage is large, authentic, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The proximity of the GR allows you to consider a hike to the Rhune, then return to rest with peace of mind. We recommend it!

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Sylvain is a welcoming, responsive, friendly and caring host to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We thank him again for the note on the table and the sweets upon arrival. Our exchanges during our two-week stay were always very pleasant and informative. The cottage is well located to explore the region and meet the wishes of activities whether at the sea, in the mountains or in the countryside. The cottage - with modern and refined decor - was impeccable upon arrival. It is very well equipped and the outdoor view from the terrace is beautiful.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

An amazing location. This property is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio at the end of the day and to start our day. Kira was amazing, informative, and so attentive. The unit is within walking distance of everything, especially the bus station, which we utilized for our next stop in Bilbao. Would recommend this unit to others.

First family vacation with our baby. The space was perfect, in terms of its location and amenities! What a pleasure to prepare or do the dishes facing the sea. The living room is really nice as is the adjoining balcony. We had a wonderful stay. I recommend ++ for both the accommodation and the hosts.

Céline was a very welcoming host, beyond her welcome, the accommodation is very functional and has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils or cleaning (dishwasher, sponge, vacuum cleaner, clothesline, etc.), the accommodation seems suitable for weekends but also longer stays, the view from the accommodation is very nice and pleasant, in addition the location allows you to do everything on foot since the beach is a 10 minute walk and there is everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops, bookstores, tobacco...) a great stay in Socoa!!

Very good stay in a charming, clean, tastefully decorated place. The accommodation is very well equipped and very well thought out. Top location close to the sea and a short walk from the city center. Celine is always available and very pleasant! Looking forward to coming back:)

This is Perrine's personal property, and you get the feeling that a friend has loaned you their home. The apartment has a lovely view. It is about a 20-minute walk to the city center and to the beach. The city has everything you could want. The location is a quiet apartment on a one-way street and is very private and has parking in the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped. The only weakness is the tub has a and sprayer but no shower curtain or enclosure, so we tended to get some water on the floor. We would happily stay here again and recommend the property.

Excellent welcome and flexibility, the apartment is bright, modern and very well equipped. It is tastefully decorated and the bedding is very good. The location in the heart of St Jean de Luz is very pleasant.

We loved Carolina’s place. She was very helpful when we needed things and quick to respond. Her place was very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely balcony with view of the surfer’s beach. Walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. I would recommend Carolina’s place.

François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Impeccable accommodation, as advertised and ideally located in the Saint-Charles neighborhood, a short walk to Miramar beach. Lively and pleasant neighborhood. Tom is a very welcoming host, with great tips for enjoying Biarritz. A great stay, highly recommend!

The location and parking spot were epic! Maria was an excellent host and communicator!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.

I would recommend this accommodation for those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Our 6-year-old children were delighted to be able to play fronton but also enjoy the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped, we were able to cook and eat on the terrace to enjoy the view and the calm. A car (parking space is available) is a plus if you stay there out of season and want to visit the surroundings as well.

We had a fantastic week at this rental located in the heart of the Basque Country. The location is ideal for discovering the region: between sea and mountain, close to beautiful villages such as Espelette, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port or the beaches of Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The hosts were very welcoming, available and gave good advice for activities and restaurants nearby. Many thanks to them for their hospitality! We recommend this rental without hesitation and will be back with pleasure. The Basque Country is a beautiful region full of charm.
