The best of the best. The hosts have some very playful folk art. They met me to give me the keys and an orientation. They gave me a gift that represents local Basque culture. Most of all, I felt completely at home. There's a skylight, and you can open it with a little LCD pad and also adjust the light. The beach is very close by, and so is the market, restaurants, and the St Jean church. Overall, a completely wonderful experience.

The apartment has a great location and good amenities. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.

Our memorable visit to Saint Jean de Luz was made even better by being at the villa les roses. Everything in the town and along the beaches was within easy walking distance and the parking, which has EV charging, was a great addition. The host did everything possible to make our stay easy and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated. Excellent welcome from Maider who is very responsive. The apartment is in Ciboure, a five-minute walk from downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz. In times of heatwave, crossing the bridge can still be painful ;-) and the apartment is quite hot because it is located just under the roof (it also has its charm!) The possibility of parking for five euros a day seems necessary to me given the number of parking spaces nearby... It is located a 5-7 minute walk in a fairly "senior" private residence where you have to be discreet. Well, that was I would recommend this apartment overall.

Nice place on a very steep road. Very nice space. Good shower. Good parking. Very nice to have a garden. And very convenient that there was a washing machine. Ciboure is a nice place and St Jean de Luz is close by within walking distance. Beautiful beaches too. Very tasty food in a tapas bar. All in all, a nice stay.

This was the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It has everything we need for a great holiday especially location.

This is Perrine's personal property, and you get the feeling that a friend has loaned you their home. The apartment has a lovely view. It is about a 20-minute walk to the city center and to the beach. The city has everything you could want. The location is a quiet apartment on a one-way street and is very private and has parking in the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped. The only weakness is the tub has a and sprayer but no shower curtain or enclosure, so we tended to get some water on the floor. We would happily stay here again and recommend the property.

We had a very pleasant stay in Cyril's studio. The apartment was as described, very clean, and very well arranged. It is also very well located (10 min walk to the city center of St Jean de Luz.) Let's add to this an ideal time to enjoy this beautiful region that is the Basque country. In short, a very good memory of these few days. Mr. Jeanne and Mr. François

we spent 10 amazing days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing lovers...... We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.
