Great stay with the family in this pretty and very comfortable house close to the sea. We really enjoyed the peaceful and wooded environment of this house. Many things are within walking distance: beach, market, park,… Excellent service and communication thanks to Valentin! We'll be happy to go back!

It is truly a quiet, peaceful and exotic cocoon. We were hosted very well by Laurence. Very quiet environment and close to the center of Saint-Georges de Didonne and the beaches. The accommodation is clean and contains all the necessary equipment to spend a few days there. The outdoors is very well laid out. Despite the cool temperatures, we were able to make the most of the garden and house. Thanks to Laurence and her husband for hosting us, we will come back without hesitation!

Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various neighborhoods are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is within a five-minute walk. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very nice. Chez Lucie, a great place to stay in Royan!

Location was great, central to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. The outside terrace was a bonus, lovely place to sit and relax. Secure underground parking was good . Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive to ensure that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I would highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.
