Excellent stay in St Palais at Thibaut's, magnificent sea view from all rooms, beach accessible in 1 minute! All the necessary equipment was available. Communication with the concierge was perfect and very smooth. We gladly recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay with your feet in the water!

Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! Beach access 2 min away, a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, slightly overlooked but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it didn't bother us. Thank you, we'll come back to stay longer!

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from Grande Conche beach, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. We had a lovely stay at Miléna's, the accommodation is very functional and pleasant, everything was very clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the veranda overlooking a wooded area and a small piece of sea. Communication with Miléna was excellent, especially as she did everything she could to make hosting my parents easier despite transportation problems. The beach is very close and the shops of Saint-Georges are very accessible thanks to the bikes available and the many bike paths. Excellent!

We had a great time at Marie's place. The apartment was very clear, extremely well located and yet quiet. We were able to take great walks on the coast directly from the accommodation, and go right after to the casino restaurant! We will come back without hesitation.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.
