Monthly Rentals in Saint Elmo

We spent the weekend at Katy's with our three daughter's, one being a toddler. The house was cute, quaint, and safe for our little one. We loved spending our morning coffee time on the rocking chairs on the front porch. We loved how close the house was to many of the attractions, such as Point Park, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. The playground for our little one was just a block away! Katy checked in with us and made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. It was a wonderful visit!

A member of our travel party has significant fragrance allergies. They removed all scented products from the house, laundry was washed with unscented detergent, and even the hand soap didn't make her break out. They were very nice to deal with, the house was clean, and I have no complaints.

We had a long-term stay at a PMI property on South Broad that was wonderful from start to finish. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance, a Publix within walking distance, the Riverwalk within walking distance, and just a great place to go for a walk in general. I work from home and my girlfriend is studying for her doctorate, and this property was a Great place for remote workers, travelling students, Or even someone just passing through town. The staff is super helpful and responsive, and access was super easy and convenient. This place has everything you need, and it was a great deal price-wise.

Awesome stay! Very well furnished kitchen, even had the syrup & ketchup I forgot at home! They had a wonderful play area for kids. Made unpacking and packing the car a breeze due to the kids being so entertained with all the toys! We were 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do in both directions. So that was super convenient! Very comfortable stay for my 2 dogs as well. The privacy fence was great! We will be back!
