Located in a quiet and residential area, it is a 5/10 min walk to the market, port and beaches of Pornichet (Baule Bay and Bonne Source). SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED, functional fireplace. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

In the heart of a four-hectare green park, the Ker Anas studio, carefully furnished in a workshop style, offers a charming space to unwind. This very bright accommodation, nestled in a green setting, promises you a pleasant stay. Located in Brière, ten minutes from La Baule, Guérande and St Nazaire, it has a prime geographical location. We are happy to revive this site that we created with passion 30 years ago!

nice house near the salt marshes (Ty for two)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Guérande Peninsula Cottage

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.

Pleasant, cozy, bright family home & garden

My property is close to the beach, the forest, the train station, the village of Escoublac with its shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for cooking and comfort. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. It is not accessible to PMRs.

We welcome you to our old 18th century stone house with a large quiet garden where privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away
