Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-André-des-Eaux

Everything was perfect! The house was warm, very cozy, and we immediately felt good there. Everything is designed for a pleasant stay, and the jacuzzi was really a big plus: we had a great relaxing time there. Thank you again for your hospitality and attention to detail. We'll be happy to go back!

In total agreement with the positive comments of other visitors: you can go there without so much as a second thought. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal vacation spot. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the whole building which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Wonderful stay!!! I spent 6 days visiting La Baule and its treasures. What a joy! Apartment close to the train station, located on the main avenue that leads to the sea, busy street during the day but quiet in the evening. Ideal location for local shops (pharmacy, convenience stores, tourist office, restaurants, market, etc.). Immediate access to public transport that allows you to visit the main points of activity. Clean and convenient home. Nice comfortable cocoon where the living is good with all the necessities. Responsive, available and welcoming host. I'll come back to continue visiting this beautiful region!

I had a pleasant stay at Carole's apartment. The location is great, the apartment is functional and pleasant.

Cecilia is adorable, available and very punctual. The apartment is as described as well as in the photos. It is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, close to all amenities. Nothing is missing, except a washing machine, but there is a laundromat right next door so it's not a problem at all! We'll be delighted to come back as soon as the opportunity arises.

Superb apartment, great location with amazing views. Very quiet with double bay windows 😊 and the bedrooms overlook the back, we had very good nights. In June we had no difficulty parking our car on the street with free parking.

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

Definitely a five star house. Everything you could possibly need was provided. A lovely quiet area under the pine trees and close to the beech. We have had a lovely restful stay at this well presented beach house. Will definitely come again Thank you Julie.

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

Very attentive hosts, full of good recommendations, very well arranged and very well located accommodation, very glamorous accommodation. We highly recommend Maëva and Cyrille, who are very nice.

Lionel's stone house is very warm, very well thought out and has everything you need available. We had a great time and there's a lot to do in La Baule. Lionel is very nice and quickly puts us at ease in his little house. We recommend this cottage without any problem.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal accommodation for families with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We'll be back without hesitation ;-)
