We had an amazing time at Neil’s place, super walkable and had everything for a beach day that you could think of! Check in and check out were very easy and everything was as described! Would definitely do another stay at this awesome house. Thank you Neil for making our stay incredibly easy and fun for our group!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our family right on the beach and boardwalk. Very beautiful! I would recommend this place for anyone who loves the beach. Hosts were great and responsive!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

Great location and very well kept. Beach bungalow/ cabin vibe. Walking distance to anything and everything around Ocean Beach, which is so fun and lively but still peaceful! The cliffs down the road are a bit dangerous and windy but with the right shoes, so worth the views. We didn’t realize the hot tub was shared with 2 other units on the property but we got lucky and had no trouble using it when others weren’t and barely noticed our neighbors- they were very quiet. Owners were great and responded within seconds!

Such a beautiful place, very well taken care of. Absolutely perfect for my family including my baby, two toddlers and two dogs. Adam was a great host and very responsive with recommendations. The perfect location for all of our needs. We loved it and will absolutely be saving this house for future stays!

Our family had a great time staying here for our San Diego vacation! Everything was clean and modern, had all the supplies we needed, and we felt very at home. Beds and furniture were very comfy. The backyard patio area was beautiful with all the plants and very relaxing. The kids loved each getting their own room with a queen bed. And the host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

I wanted to move in and stay forever. When I saw the giant bird sculptures in the photos, I was a little unsure, but they make for a great atmosphere. The murals and personal touches are fantastic for a great vacation spot. Sandra was an amazing host and even picked up a graduation decoration package for us and put those up, so it was one less thing to do during busy, busy graduation time. The rooftop deck and the third floor make it a great place for family and teenagers. The beds are very comfortable, the master shower is perfect, and everything was sparkling clean. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and parking both in the garage and on the street was easy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Perfect spot for first trip to San Diego and close to family! Would stay again in a heart beat!!!:):)

Vivian and John‘s cottage was a perfect place for a three day stay. Very peaceful and calm with beautiful surroundings and close to everything I needed to get to. I would love to come back at some point.

This is our third time staying here and it gets better and better every time! Literally spent the whole trip on the property with so many activities which the kids loved. Last time we used it as a place to stay when we went to Legoland and it was tough getting the kids to leave! My daughter's favorite host was Kelsey and my son's favorite is Riley. My buddy is Calvin the Alpaca. A perfect getaway and Heather and her family are super welcoming and attentive to any needs. Can't wait for the next visit!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Wonderful place to stay! beautiful views. Just sitting outside watching people and the beautiful bay made our vacation just perfect. Loved to be able to walk to a restaurant for breakfast. Highly recommend this lovely place right in front of the water. Our host was sooo nice!

It's all about the view: the bay, the ocean, Belmont can all be viewed from the balcony. The walking/biking trail around the bay is just outside your door and Kevin has beach bikes available to use. We rode often in the morning, around the bay, to the ocean and then strolling along the ocean. Very relaxing!

Colette's place was perfect for the two of us for our weekend in San Diego for a wedding. Colette was super responsive from the beginning and throughout the trip-she let us check in early too! Will definitely stay here again next time we're on town.

I was in need of an Airbnb and stumbled upon this listing. I was very pleased to find such a gem of a find! The location is steps away from the water and a close walk to close by coffee shops. The place itself was clean and spacious, I felt right at home! It really has everything you need for a stay in San Diego. Ariel was also very communicative for any concerns I had and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described and super clean. Hosts were very responsive to all communication. What really sets this place apart is that it was by far the best stocked of the >50 Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. They have really paid attention to the little amenities: condiments in the fridge, not just coffee and filters but even handy to go cups!, a variety of spices (way more than just salt and pepper), welcome snacks, and an immensely thoughtful array of a few emergency bathroom items (razors, feminine products, even bobby pins!) Truly above and beyond. Location was very convenient by airport. We would definitely stay here again.
