We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which wished we could have been here longer. At first we thought the location was a bit off the beaten track but once there were blown away but the peace and quiet and beauty of the location in the middle of the woods. Both Slim and Alexa were very friendly and very helpful with tips etc. Internet connection was great too and well equipped studio. Thank you

This is a great place to stay if you want a slice of life in the picturesque village of South Freeport, Maine. It's a very private location, and convenient for taking walks down to the water and around the village. The Airbnb itself is comfortable, quiet, and well appointed.

We loved our stay in South Berwick. The hosts were available if we needed anything. Two months flew by in our private suite. Our dogs felt right at home! We would stay there again and would recommend their properties to friends and family! Awesome location and peaceful! Five stars!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with friends and kids! The beach is just steps away, and we loved being slightly removed from the busier area near the pier — it made for a more relaxing stay. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful touches like free coffee, muffins, and cinnamon rolls were much appreciated. The hosts went above and beyond by providing brand-new sand toys for the kids, which was such a kind gesture. Having a store right downstairs made grabbing anything we needed super convenient. It was an absolute pleasure staying here!

This was the perfect place for my bandmates and I to stay on our weekend trip to Brownfield. I only wish the venue we were playing had placed us there for the night after our performance as well! I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place with exceptional hosts. The layout was perfect for our group of two adults and two kids. Easy 2 min walk to the beach. We all agree the best food we had on the trip came from the restaurant and shop downstairs and the best way to start our day was with a homecooked breakfast at Tami Lyns place. We hope to make this our yearly spot and would highly recommend and come again.

This was a WONDERFUL 5 Star Airbnb experience. The Inn is historic, well-established, and charming in every way. The staff was courteous, the place was very clean and very neat. There is plenty of parking, two places to eat on site, including a Tavern that has a great local Portland Maine beer, very good wine and some wonderful food. It's a creative menu that satisfied all. The Inn has many rooms, ours had a King size bed and a Jacuzzi. Nice! The bed linens were seriously soft, the bed very, very comfy. It was very quiet too. Had a great night sleep. The on-site lap pool was delightfully warm. The Inn is a short walk to LL Bean, open 24 hours, so if you're a hiker, biker, kayaker or love the outdoors, that's a plus. The stay included a very nice buffet breakfast, lots of omelettes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, organic coffee, bacon and much more. It also includes afternoon tea, we arrived too late for that. We were here for only one night, we wished we had more time to hangout. We highly recommend Harraseeket Inn in Freeport ME. Of special note is the excellent communication skills of their General Manager, Chip Gray. He emailed, texted and promptly answered all our prestay questions. He's great at what he does! Thanks, Harraseeket Inn. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Shelli's Dream Catcher guesthouse. Access to a beautiful beach almost directly across the street, and great views of the marsh directly out of the back windows. The place was clean and well laid out. Shelli was responsive and gave us an unexpected early check-in. Sunsets and sunrises were awesome. We stayed in late October, so I believe some of the restaurants within walking distance were closed at this point. Still, it's a great location in Wells, and only a short drive from area restaurants, shopping and other locations. We would recommend Dream Catcher at the Beach!

Impeccable, fresh and bright. The Greenery Cafe I rated 5 stars. I didn't see the hosts , but 100% responsive. My husband and I were weary and we received the rest we needed before heading to Acadia National Park region.

My boyfriend and I spent a relaxing and peaceful anniversary here. It was exactly has described and even better in person. Would highly recommend for a quick weekend trip.

A peaceful and beautiful escape surrounded by nature. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing or spending sometime outdoors, with beautiful views all around. It is quite rural, so plan ahead if you’re looking for dining or activities. If you’re after tranquility, this place is perfect.

Very clear instructions, great shower and great location for us on our road trip through Maine. We really apprieciated there was coffee and some snacks as well, especially when our kids got us up early! Very happy with our stay - thank you!

My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage with our 1 year old! It was perfect, in walking distance of everything right in town. All the shops and dining options were close by. Hillary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had an amazing time for our first getaway!

This space was wonderful- bright and sunny, great location, nice size, felt private and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone who worries about being too noisy. I was traveling with 4 and 8 year old boys and we could relax and carry on as we do without worrying that we were disturbing other people. Everything was comfortable, in good condition and it was very easy to settle in and enjoy our trip! The washer and dryer was very nice to have, as well!

What a beautiful apartment nestled in the woods of Maine. Still close to the ocean and downtown Freeport. I was there in winter and it snowed. That made me appreciate the cozy comforter.

Tessa’s Airbnb was the perfect home-base for a weeklong Maine getaway! She was so hospitable in finding us a highchair prior to our arrival for our toddler. The location was a short walk to Perkins Cove which was great for afternoon walks to grab a bite to eat.

We loved every minute we spent in this beautiful cabin. The views were stunning and the cabin was cozy. It's a truly delightful spot.

Michelle and Justin’s place was amazing! If you’re an animal lover — and love being around people who share that same joy — this is the perfect getaway. The property is peaceful and tucked away in a quiet, rural area, yet still just a short drive from good local restaurants and few grocery stores. The animals are an absolute delight, and the people you’ll meet are incredibly warm and welcoming. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already hoping to return!

Awesome place, very nicely furnished, bed was super comfortable (thats important when its not your own bed!) Austin and Renee were very nice people, responsive and very helpful..plus, my dog LOVED the front yard, she was so joyous when we were outside...it was a big plus for her and i to have that run around safe space for her. Will definately be back next time i come up for work!!! Awesome hosts!

We had a great stay at the Barn'acle! Julia's home is located just a short walk from many great restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as a quick drive from Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park and several other attractions. The space has recently been renovated and was very clean. We would love to stay there again next time we're in Freeport.

We loved staying at this mountain chalet! I loved that they used sustainable materials and foraged wood. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Town is about 11 min away and has everything for food and restaurants, etc. We look forward to staying again one day!
