Absolutely loved this place. Quiet location with beautiful views. Hosts were always quick to respond when we had questions and they gave us several helpful recommendations with everything from travel to restaurants. Make sure to check out the guide book Emily has as well. Tons of great information. So glad we stayed here. Would love to come back.

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John. Loved this place! Wonderful villa with fabulous views and easy walk to secluded beach. Big deck with sunset views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. The layout has a very private master suite off to one side, and the two other bedrooms on the other end. 5 min walk to beach, where we were the only ones (late April so shoulder season). A good restaurant with pool 5 min walk away. Very thoughtful and communicative host. What’s not to like? Hope to come back!

I truly have no words for the week we spent here! Me and my husband came here for a week on our honeymoon and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Jeremy’s place is beautiful. The view was amazing and pictures don’t do it justice. Upon arrival, the house manager was there finishing up cleaning (we showed up a little early) and he was so kind to help us get our grocery’s in and he showed us around the house. The house itself is very secluded which is exactly what we wanted. The breeze was so nice so we kept the doors and windows open the majority of the time. Definitely go to rogues bay while here. It’s a short four minute drive and was the most beautiful beach we went to while on Tortola. Get ready to drive though! The mountains were no joke and definitely took some getting used to but it was fine! Don’t let it scare you! Or get your partner to drive like I did LOL. We will definitely be back here!
