Everything is good! The apartment is warm and cozy; it comes with everything you need for a long stay. Ricardo is an excellent person, always attentive. A good area with easy access to the rest of the city.

The building is very nice and the area in my opinion is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've visited Paula's apartment in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular, well-lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. The place is exactly as in the pictures. Super comfortable pillows and bed. Kitchen with necessary utensils. Bathroom with shower with optimal temperatures for the cold. The location is excellent because it is next to Porto Madero, you can walk all over Porto. Very good, the stay is really worth it.

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
