Vacation rentals with a patio in Saavedra

I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which makes it immensely easy to get around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. I strongly recommend it to everyone who seeks quality, practicality and a high level of service.

The building is very nice and the area in my opinion is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

The apartment is as seen in the photos: clean, well decorated and very comfortable. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting. In addition, it is quiet, which was perfect for both sleeping and working. The internet worked very well throughout my stay, which was a great plus for working remotely.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The apartment is conveniently located. Angelina is a great host who left all the necessary instructions and was constantly in touch. The apartment is bright and warm. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. A house with security guards around 24/7, made it feel safe. We really liked everything.

The apartment is very nice, it is worth it mainly for the views but perhaps in relation to price quality it is high. Very good service. For tourists, it's definitely useful because of the central location.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is uniquely kind... he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed.
