We absolutely loved our stay here! We had a great Saturday night out in Detroit, but the highlight of our trip was honestly the space where we got to feel at home for the night. It was such a beautiful place.

I was traveling for work & instead of being stuck in a hotel for a month, I tried my luck with this Air BnB. The apartment itself was fantastic--the layout is spacious and elegantly decorated. The building itself, an old warehouse converted into lofts, was industrial & spooky at times, but the loft was incredibly homey and secure. There's available amenities--basic kitchen tools and dishes, shower amenities (such as shampoo and lotion), and bedding/pillows. Karen, the co-host who manages the loft, is great with communication and more than accommodating. If you plan to stay for an extended period of time as I did, she will even come to replace the linens and towels with fresh ones so you do not have to worry about that yourself. They even have part of the room decorated with artwork from local artists available for purchase if you are keen on taking home a keepsake from the city. This loft made me feel at home while away from my actual home for so long & I will definitely be trying to stay again given the opportunity.

Really cool space. It’s got that reclaimed arty vibe that I really love. The location is really cool, right by the water. I would highly recommend this place. Great price too.

It was the perfect place for my daughter to get ready for her wedding. Loved the place and will return!!!!The views of the river were sweet!!! The location is extremely close to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend in Detroit. There were special touches like snacks in the freezer and an homage to the dear Taco the cat. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Taco during our stay but it is clear that Taco is very loved. I loved the decor and the quaintness of the home on the outside and inside. Check in process was easy. House is very clean, but has a faint cat smell (nothing that you can't live with). It's on a quieter street in Detroit and relatively close to where we needed to be this weekend. The area further away from the home (down the block) has a lot of litter and few abandoned houses in the near area. All in all it was a good time, a great place to stay and we would stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful, stylish, clean space with tons of natural light. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay for me and my partner. We especially loved the living space and the kitchen - it was wonderful cooking in their fully equipped kitchen and dining in the open space. We also enjoyed the company of our friendly furry visitor, Taco the cat! Hosts were also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this stay for anyone coming through Detroit.

Fantastic location and a beautiful space. There is a grand view through large windows across Michigan Ave to the Michigan Central Station, which we enjoyed during a snowstorm. In addition to the two beds, there is a loft that provides additional sleeping space.

I have stayed in many air bnbs and this one is a cut above. Beautifully decorated, unique and fully stocked. Many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Comfy beds. Highly recommend.

Our group was looking for a large, open space with room to sleep a crowd for a New Year's party and this place was perfect! Although the unit was a little dusty upon our arrival, for the most part the unit was exactly what we were looking for and our party was an absolute success!

Mark's place is the perfect spot to crash and experience the best parts of Detroit without driving a ton. All of my favorite local spots are within walking distance, and it's in a super safe neighborhood. We loved the hot showers and off the street parking.

From the decor to the location to the hosts themselves, you are sure to be more than pleased with your experience at this location. Matt and Meredith went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated and they were very responsive whenever there was anything I had questions about. Listing is as advertised. Responses were quick, check in was easy and the place was clean. There was even a book with information on the property's history along with tips and recommendations for the area.

Matt and Meredith are great hosts. The Loft is very unusual and individual designed. By car its easy and quick to acess Detroit Midtown, the weather was bad so I did not try cycling. Hamtramck had loads to offer. Great place to be. I highly recommend staying there, I enjoyed it very much.

Our stay at Matthew and Meredith’s flat was fantastic. It was very clean, they had plenty of amenities, and were very accommodating and attentive. The flat itself was adorable!

This place is perfect for a couple but also does have a space in the living room for like a blow up mattress. The bathroom was my favorite part because of how big it was and super cute with all it’s features. The hosts were great with giving us recommendations, checking in on us, and giving great directions. Loved it!!

Great stay

We loved staying here! It's the cutest little loft very close to Downtown Detroit. You can see Ford Field and Comerica from the balcony. It is also very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the Detroit decor!

The cutest and stylish! The upper deck was so pretty. The loft ladder is a little steep, we just had to take real care when going up and down. All the little details made it feel very homey. There was a washer and dryer even in the unit! The parking (having to go inside to grab gate opener , then downstairs, then park and again when do it again when leaving) Wish there was a keypad at gate, and a drop box for key and opener. I am glad to of had gated parking, wish it had a key/ remote drop off box. I would stay there again, I went with a group of ladies, but we had an emergency to leave and didn’t stay the night unfortunately.

Check in/out was easy. Nice location to walk to events. Great deck area, sad it was chilly during our stay, would have loved to use that space more. Sodas in fridge & coffee on hand made this feel extra welcoming, also loved the local soaps. Would definitely book this again when in Detroit!

Can fit a large group with all the extra pillows, blankets, and towels available. Scott responds quickly and is very accommodating. Place was clean. Safe and quiet location.

The house was perfect! The location was close to the places we needed to be at and it was clean. Scott was quick to answer our questions and meet us right on time to show us the house. Definitely would stay there again!

Randal has a clean and efficient setup for people looking for a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and exactly as pictured, and a great value for commuters or someone needing a simple place to sleep. The house is neat and tidy, Randall is quick and friendly both with his messages and in person, and there is nothing to complain about at all.

This is an extremely nice family and a very comfortable, nice place to stay. If you are on a visit to Warren or anywhere nearby, you willl be lucky to find their place open. There is plenty of parking, a 7-11 and a Walgreen's in walking distance, and you can always get an Uber or Lyft nearby. I used to always stay in hotels on visits, but would definitely stay here again instead.

Great stay for what I needed

Dominique is an excellent host and the space is immaculate! The bed is extremely comfortable as well! It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and within driving distance of many well-known areas and spots!

Dominique was a great host! The home was very clean and perfect for us. The communication was great and access for everything that we needed worked out great. They have a very friendly dog and a shy cat.

We weren’t there much, but when we see it was convenient, clean, and quiet. It was definitely the perfect place when we just needed somewhere to sleep!

Dominique and her mom provided a pleasant, homey, relaxed environment. It was a blessing to have a comfortable home to stay in during an intense week of training. It was nice to have full access to the entire lower level of the house, which included the bedroom, family room and half bath. I highly recommend them to others!

Sye is a great host and has everything set up for ease of acclimation the first time there. My room was very comfortable. Martin's Ham & Cornbeef just down the street featured a breakfast specialty menu and was great!

Despite a late check in with another guest, my room was a clean & Sye messaged me with the key code & directions I needed. PROS: - Central location ( close to stores, highway, restaurants but best accessible by car) - Fast & reliable internet ( there is roku available to stream TV & it worked flawlessly) - free street parking in front of the home CONS: None OVERALL: It was a pleasant stay. It was peaceful. Everything was clean. I love the toiletries Sye left! Great host!

I stayed in the cozy attic. The bed was quite comfortable, the check-in was painless, communication was great, the price was right. Never saw anyone during my stay, but I was only there at night to sleep, and it was Thanksgiving weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The full kitchen came in very handy and useful for me over the month that I was there. Just be aware that if your room is in the loft that the bathroom is on the 1st floor. The loft has a dedicated window AC unit next to the bed which I used extensivly during my stay. Sye was very responsive whenever I sent her a message. Thanks Sye!

This Airbnb was great for a single individual or couple. It has exactly what you look for in a hotel. The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood away from the rift raft of the city. I hope to rent this space again in the near future.

Nathan has a very nice home! He has a very nice tv and kitchen set. Very spacious and a cozy environment. The shower was AMAZING. Definitely a great stay if you’re looking for a long term stay or just for a day or two. The space of the house gives you the feel that you’re alone even with other guest staying.

Great little spot north of the city. Quiet suburban street but with all the big shops just minutes away. We're glad we didn't stay at a hotel!

Very creative and quiet neighborhood & beautiful home. Atampreet is very alert and helpful and great with communication. The area is so close to every store you can think of and restaurants. Netflix & WiFi is included + you can cook in the beautiful kitchen. I loved everything about this stay and I guarantee you will as well.

Even though I was running late for my self check in, Adam made sure I was able to get into his place to settle in after my flight. He was a super nice guy to meet and very responsive to my needs. The house was very clean and looked just like the photos except some new modifications were made in the room I stayed in (nice headboard) nothing major, but everything still looked as is shown. I wouldn’t mind staying again plus it was like close to a few fast food places and walmart was a 10 minute walk so it was useful. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Close to downtown as well as Ferndale and Royal oak. Highly recommend Schramm’s Meadery in the area. Cheap, clean, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Detroit!

I came to Detroit for a weekend and this was perfectly placed 8 minutes from Ferndale.

Excellent stay! Allowed me to do my own thing but also was very personable and answered all questions about the area! Wonderful host!

Overall very clean place and the host is super welcoming. Their cat was an extra bonus! (One if the friendliest cats I've ever met)

Craig very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very hospitable and considerate. My husband had a appointment for a test at a hospital that was 3 hours away from us and had to be there early in the morning so we was looking for a place to stay overnight that wasn't to expensive, I found Craig's place and felt it was perfect, only 10 minutes from the hospital that we had to go to. They injected him with a contest die and told him to come back 4 hours later for the test so we went back to the house for a nap(Criag offered a 3pm check out that was perfect for us) and Criag was very quiet, trying not to disturb us, we appreciated that very much. Definitely will stay again if we have to go back for more testing. Thank you very much Craig.

Had to cancel so we didn't stay there, but Craig was very responsive in all of our communications.

This was my second time @ Craig's & I could not have more thoroughly enjoyed such a truly lovely stay! Excellent all the way around: wonderful home, terrific location, comfortable space w thoughtful, conveniently appointed amenities incl his own outstanding photography throughout. Not to mention it's a tremendous value @ a beyond fair rate! Craig's a great host & super guy. The later check out time is a rarer thing to find & his cat Dupree is the 'icing on the cake' for anyone who likes felines. If you're fortunate enough to find it available, grab it & DON'T miss this one :-) My first stay @ Craig's was a year ago & I hope to return much sooner if I be so blessed as to 'guest' again in this exceptional Royal Oak abode!

Adam has an AMAZING place! He is a great communicator, and check-in is simple and easy. The front door is double locked, and you have your own lock on your room. The kitchen and living room are GORGEOUS and crazy clean! Beautiful wood floors,. The fridge has plenty of room, and they offer free drinks in the fridge. The bed was comfortable, the towels were soft. The shower had great pressure and an awesome shower head. They also have different shampoos/conditioners and body soaps to use, and a hairdryer too. The mirror on the table in my bedroom was perfect for putting on my makeup in the AM. Co-host Mark was fun to talk to. It was sad I only had one day! :) I will definitely come back if I’m in this area again next year! 😃

This place is a short drive out of downtown, and makes for a nice base to get around Detroit. They're a keypad for the door which is very convenient so you don't need keys. Furniture is adequate, bathroom and bedroom are nice. I would recommend it as an affordable option and if you are bringing a pet. Bring a sleep mask is you're sensitive to light as the bedroom is pretty bright.

Wonderful place

Ashley's place is in a convenient location. The basic amenitites as there and communication with Ashley was fast and helpful. There are two fold out couches in the living room, one of which is comfortable while the other one wouldnt be the nicest to sleep on for an adult but our four year old slept on it just fine. A good place!

Its a nice 1 bedroom apart thats fit for at least 4 guest. Its a nice place for a bachelor but if you're looking for something and thats within a good budget this will definitely work for you!

A great place in a safe location with close proximity to groceries, shops and restaurants. The place is modern with nice kitchen and open concept. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family for their lodging needs.

Travis's place offers a great modern open concept home that is great for your family to gather in. Check in was extremely easy. There were freshly baked cookies, bottles of water and chips available when we arrived and the house was stocked with dishes for cooking. It was a great place for our family for the week and will be for yours!

The house was very spacious and accommodated the extra guests we had for dinner each night. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough dinner plates so we had to buy paper plates to serve everyone. That was a little disappointing. We had fun building a snowman in the backyard. Our granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedrooms were spacious for the 6 adults staying overnight.

Nicely renovated and open concept of the main room is awesome! Quick responses as well by the host if you need anything!

Very surprised to see all descriptions are just as the advertisement, plenty of space, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, kitchen with all necessary supplies. And the downstairs basement games were a great way to end the day. Travis and his wife were great hosts, great communication.

Wonderful home with many thoughtful amenities. They truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable!!!
